Return Policy

We understand that sometimes you need to return items! In your package you will receive a card that needs to be completely filled out & returned with your items. 

Returns are accepted on merchandise within 30 calendar days of receiving your order (unless otherwise noted at purchase). Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with all tags attached and all packaging included. 

We allow only 1 return every 30 days!

Returns/refunds will be issued in the form of a digital gift card or shop credit. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items marked SALE or FINAL SALE are not returnable. Swimsuits are not eligible for return. 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping. If you are shipping a package valued over $75, we highly recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We are not responsible for a return package in transit. Shipping cost is also not covered when using store credit for a purchase.

Exchange 

Due to the high volume of sales, we can no longer offer traditional exchanges for online orders. However, once you receive your digital gift card after we receive your returned order, then you can then use the gift card to purchase the item you want to “exchange.”

Important Note: Returns must be received within 30 calendar days of receiving your order (unless otherwise noted at purchase). International orders have 35 days from receiving your order return merchandise. For returned items past the 30 day return period, a 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the store credit given. Returns older than 45 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense. BRB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or shipments.
